Livestream

After thorough consideration, we have decided not to livestream our upcoming events. This decision, though difficult, is made with the safety and security of our clients and participants as our highest priority. While livestreaming offers convenience, it introduces risks that we cannot overlook. These include potential costume malfunctions that might compromise the privacy of young performers and the possibility of online bullying due to screen recording. Additionally, we cannot control who views or accesses the footage, which raises further concerns about safety.

As a member of the ADCC, we've had extensive discussions with other competition organizers about these issues. We believe, and have always believed, that livestreaming poses significant risks, including the potential for predatory behavior. Although P3 has used secure, locked streaming services and ensured that videos are promptly removed after events, these measures are not foolproof. Password-protected streams are often shared on social media, making them just as vulnerable to unauthorized access.

To ensure the confidentiality and comfort of all participants, we have chosen to forgo live streaming.  We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to prioritize the well-being of your children. Your safety and peace of mind remain our top priorities.
